Elite DNA Behavioral Health is seeking to hire an Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team in the Ft. Myers office.
The Administrative Project Coordinator main function is to assist the C-Suite executives with all administrative tasks as well as support the administration in employee communications and cultural events.

Requirements
o Supporting C-level executives with administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, presentation development, Microsoft excel spreadsheets etc.
o Write and put together internal employee communications including but not limited to all staff weekly shoutouts, monthly email newsletters, monthly birthday and anniversary cards,
o Develop and maintain office templates and paperwork including fax sheets and letterhead
o Planning employee events, managing employee communication and recognition programs
o Manage the creation of company ID badges including taking photos of new staff, uploading photos to Canva and printing badges
o Planning and executing hiring and cultural company events
o Assist in onboarding employees including planning special aspects of onboarding including psychiatric provider baskets and books for therapists
o Booking monthly Food Trucks for the Fort Myers office
o Processing and ordering new/replacement décor for all offices
o Booking travel when necessary
o Ordering scrubs for Front Desk and Medical Assistants in all offices and maintaining the scrubs database
o Order office catering when needed
o Order branded apparel for executives as needed
o Oversee and arrange for annual end-of-year employee gifts
o Assist all staff with general questions as needed
o Additional tasks that support the growth and overall functions of the business
Minimum Qualifications:
· Associates or business degree in business, public relations, human resources, or similar program.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· High level of accommodation and follow-up.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
·Ability to prepare high level PowerPoint presentations required.
· Ability to use and troubleshoot tools including Monday.com, printers, and WordPress.
· Ability to use and troubleshoot Canva required.
· Technologically savvy and teachable.
· Knowledgeable in public relations or hiring rules a plus.
Salary Range: $35-45K annual range; based on level of experience
Schedule is a full-time, Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm or 9 am – 5:30 pm role (8 hours per day, fully in-office).
