Elite DNA is hiring care coordinators to support our new patients and our intake process.
Our Care Coordinators provide an essential service to our new patients by helping them determine the mental and behavioral health service(s) they may need. As the pioneer of Care Coordination, we found that this process creates the best outcomes for our patients and creates a better patient experience. Care Coordinators interface with patients daily through intake appointments, handle new patient calls, reach out to new patients, and overall provide excellent customer service to both external and internal stakeholders.
To qualify to become a Care Coordinator, you will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology or Social Work and at least one year of related experience.
Our goal is to have Care Coordinators in each region we’re in so that we can help more patients – join us!
