Our Operations Team is comprised of Front Desk Receptionists, Patient Liaisons, Office Managers and Regional Directors. Operations at Elite DNA is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring all administrative functions of the patient’s care are taken care of. Depending on your role, Operations Team Members are required to mitigate patient concerns/complaints and work collaboratively to ensure concerns are addressed.
