What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy tailored to patient needs
- Treat a wide range of diagnoses, demographics, and levels of care
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and other team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols
- Help patients find progress, peace, and purpose
Who You’ll Work With
We hire and support the largest array of therapy providers in the field, including:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs)
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs)
- Psychologists (PsyD, EdD, PhD)
- Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns (RMHCIs)
- Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns (RCSWIs)
- Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Interns (RMFTIs)
You’ll also work alongside psychiatrists, care coordinators, and admin teams in a collaborative, wraparound model of care.

- You are licensed or license-eligible in the state you’ll be working in
- You hold or are completing a master’s degree in clinical counseling, psychology, or social work
