We’re hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech Therapy Assistants to join our growing, state-of-the-art programs in Naples and Fort Myers, Florida. Here, you’ll have the support and tools you need to provide life-changing care.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one or group therapy for speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Track progress, adjust care plans, and celebrate communication milestones
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate with:
- Speech Language Pathologists and Assistants
- Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Therapists, and Care Coordinators
- Administrative support staff who keep sessions running smoothly

Who You Are
- You are a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Therapy Assistant
- You’ve completed field work under the supervision of an ASHA-certified SLP
- You meet or exceed the requirements for technical proficiency verification during your interview
- You’re passionate about supporting communication and connection across the lifespan
