Our Goal
Provide convenient access to essential training so that our clinicians can provide high-quality care that our communities deserve. We firmly believe in a clinician-centered approach where we invest in our providers, and they, in turn, take great care of our patients and experience longevity and growth throughout their time with us.
Stay up-to-date on the ever-changing information, data, and standards of care in the behavioral health field.
Ensure all staff and providers are equipped with the knowledge they need and have the opportunity for growth and learning.
Give our team the tools and resources they need on a regular basis so we can take better care of everyone.
To empower our team to take amazing care of our patients and create improved access to our mental health care.
“I am so proud of what we created as a resource for our team. Elite DNA University is part of our mission and our culture, it’s about who we and why we are here. We want to build strong communities and we know we can’t do that without clinicians.”
-Elizabeth Dosoretz, LCSW, CEO & Founder of Elite DNA Behavioral Health
