Elite DNA is seeking to hire a Vice President of Learning.

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Learning (VP of Learning) is a key executive role responsible for leading the creation, development, and implementation of learning content and curriculum across the organization. This individual will oversee all aspects of organizational learning, including curriculum design, content creation, training, talent development, and continuous improvement initiatives

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:   

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals. 
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing Learning & Development (L&D) team. 
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify learning needs and priorities. 
  • Design and develop engaging, high-quality learning content and curricula for various training programs, including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and continuous learning initiatives. 
  • Oversee the creation of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and multimedia content. 
  • Ensure that all learning content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and best practices. 
  • Oversee the delivery of learning programs, utilizing a variety of methods such as e-learning, in-person training, and blended learning approaches. 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of training materials. 
  • Implement and manage systems for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs. 
  • Drive talent development initiatives to build leadership pipelines and support career progression within the organization. 
  • Implement and manage mentorship and coaching programs. 
  • Develop metrics and assessments to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs. 
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in learning and development. 
  • Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. 
  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts related to learning and development services. 

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning strategies and programs. 
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. 
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all levels of the organization. 
  • Working Conditions
  • This position is based in an office environment with occasional travel required. 
  • The role may require extended hours during peak times or special projects.
