Position Summary

The Systems Engineer supports the organization’s core IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role focuses on maintaining reliable, secure systems while contributing to the organization’s gradual and intentional transition toward increased cloud adoption over the coming years.

The position is designed for an experienced infrastructure generalist who is comfortable working in traditional systems environments and is interested in gaining deeper exposure to cloud technologies as part of a collaborative team effort. Cloud responsibilities will grow over time and are supported through planning, mentorship, and shared ownership.

Core Responsibilities

Systems & Infrastructure Engineering

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
  • Manage virtualization platforms and associated virtual machines.
  • Support system patching, backups, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure issues.

Network & Security Support

  • Support firewall configurations, VPN connectivity, and secure remote access.
  • Assist with identity and access management solutions, including MFA and conditional access policies.
  • Help maintain security best practices across infrastructure services.

Cloud Exposure & Hybrid Infrastructure

  • Support existing and future cloud-based infrastructure alongside on-prem systems.
  • Assist with hybrid identity, networking, and security integrations.
  • Participate in cloud migration and modernization initiatives at a measured pace.
  • Learn and apply cloud operational best practices with guidance and support.
  • Contribute to monitoring, backup, and cost-awareness efforts for cloud resources.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop scripts and workflows to automate routine IT tasks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and reliability.
  • Assist with documentation and standardization of infrastructure processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 4–7 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure support, or related roles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (Proxmox preferred; VMware acceptable).
  • Working knowledge of networking, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and MFA concepts.
  • Interest in cloud technologies and hybrid infrastructure models.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus, but not required.
  • Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

Work Location & Travel Requirements

  • This is an on-site position based in Fort Myers, FL. The role requires approximately 25% travel within Florida to support office locations and infrastructure initiatives. Occasional travel outside of Florida (5% or less) may be required for projects, training, or vendor engagements. Travel is primarily planned and project-based.

Job description:

The Regional Director of Patient Success is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the success of outpatient behavioral health clinics across the Florida Panhandle and surrounding area, including Pensacola, Panama City Beach, Tallahassee, and Dothan, Alabama. This role is ideally based in Tallahassee and ensures the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and efficient mental health services by driving performance, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial sustainability across all assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct leadership to clinic office managers and oversee all day-to-day operations within the region.
  • Monitor and improve provider productivity, patient access, and schedule optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to support high standards of patient care, outcomes, and service delivery.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and meet revenue goals.
  • Analyze and manage P&L statements, budgets, staffing ratios, and facility performance.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on recruitment, retention, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
  • Facilitate communication between clinics and corporate leadership to ensure alignment with company vision and goals.

Job Summary

Medical assistants perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the offices of physicians and other health practitioners running smoothly. Medical assistants are instrumental in helping patients feel at ease in the physician’s office and often explain the physician's instructions. Medical assistants are cross-trained to perform administrative and clinical duties. Responsible for patient care under the direction of a physician or licensed health care provider.


Responsibilities and Standards

• Provides services to individuals and coordination/support to psychiatrists, PA and APRNs.

• Initiates and completes all relevant documentation within organizational time frames.

• Performs duties in a prioritized, organized, and orderly manner to maximize clinic efficiency and productivity;

• Collaborates with team members and other staff to ensure a complete, appropriate and positive experience for all clients.

• Follow instructions and complete job duties as assigned by providers and management staff.

• When taking vitals, ensure medication history is accurate, removing all medications patient is not currently taking.

• Responsible for performing genetic testing, as well as, educating patient, submitting test, following- up on results so provider has them for next patient visit.

• Will welcome and ensure clients are shown to examination rooms and prepare them for the physician in a timely and welcoming manner.

• Employee will perform a variety of medical assessments including blood pressure, height & weight;

• Will provide appropriate and timely documentation.

• Take medical histories.

• Will assist the physician and nurse with direct client care as well as tasks such as filing, chart documentation, faxes, prescription medical programs and telephone follow-up as assigned.

• Initiates and completes all relevant documentation within organizational time frames.

• Maintain, copy and file patient records and other information as needed.

• Monitor voicemails throughout the day, return the calls and effectively resolve the reason for call within 24 hours of the call. Proper documentation for each call and subsequent interaction.

• Triage patient phone calls, both incoming and on voice mail. Document the interaction within 24 hours.

• Review Athena messages and respective inbox and messages. Respond and document accordingly. Discuss patient concerns with respective provider within 24 hours of incoming call, email, voicemail or message. Document appropriately within same time frame.

• Takes medication orders from psychiatrist/APRN/PA and phones in to pharmacy if needed. Appropriate documentation, as well as confirmation phone call to client, is expected within 24 hours.

• Prepare medication refill requests within 24 hours of receiving them.

• Verify pharmacy information, last visit, last fill, insurance, pick up or mail etc.

• Prior authorizations should be handled within 24 hours of receiving the request from the pharmacy or insurance company. Document all interactions with patient and pharmacy.

• Update medications and respective information on patient's charts.

• Provide guidance and education to patients on the details of what has been prescribed and when/ where to get the medication;

• Provide information for afterhours call line and information to call if patient has a question. Document this interaction in patient chart.

As Front Desk Receptionist with Elite DNA Therapy, your primary responsibility is the daily supervision of the receptionist’s staff. To ensure all team members are greeting incoming patients and visitors, relaying incoming telephone calls, and performing various clerical duties in a professional manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Welcome patients as they contact the center personally or by telephone, and explain the services available, payment categories, and billing procedures.
  • Schedule appointments; direct walk-in patients and emergencies as per established policies and procedures.
  • Answer all incoming calls and route them to the appropriate staff.
  • Register all patients per registration protocols and collect all documentation.
  • Generate required documents for each patient and ensure all documents are completed in full.
  • Reviews and verifies patient coverage of insurance or other agencies and computes the charges to be paid by the patient.
  • Collects deposits or co-pays/deductibles prior to the patient being seen by the provider per established policies and procedures.
  • Inform patient of their outstanding balance, collect said balance, and issue cash receipt when monies are collected.
  • Work closely with Provider and Medical Assistant staff to assure smooth patient flow and cut down on waiting time.
  • Call and remind patient of his/her appointment.
  • Follow up on “no show” patients on a daily basis.
  • Communicate patient’s problem/complaint to the clinic manager or his/her designee.
  • Strong sensory skills, such as visual acuity, good hearing, and dexterity.
  • Ability to stand and sit for periods of time and to move constantly throughout the workday.
  • Work closely with Clinic Managers and refer them to patients who did not keep their appointment for follow-up, per policies and procedures.
  • Good speaking and listening skills.
  • Knowledge of computers and Microsoft office.
  • Understanding of community based organizations.
  • Promotes and believes in Elite DNA's mission statement.
  • Bilingual Preferred: Fluent in Spanish.
